Strategy & Innovation Review (SIR) is a scientific journal in the field of management sciences, operating on the basis of open access and a double-blind peer review process. The journal is recognized by experts and researchers and is published and managed by the Independent Oxford Research Press. SIR focuses on publishing research articles related to management practices and their applications in business, politics, and the military.

SIR accepts scientific papers from all over the world, addressing a wide audience. Its main goal is to focus on innovations in processes, strategies, structures, outcomes, and behaviors across various types and levels of organizations, to provide managers with guidance on implementing and effectively managing innovations in their organizations. The journal is published bi-annually, is available for free online, and the double-blind peer review process guarantees high quality and originality of publications in the field of management sciences.

SIR accepts scientific articles in the field of management research that introduce new theories or solve practical problems through innovations in the areas of strategy, asymmetry management, new management paradigms, management theories in business, and change or risk management.

Each article accepted after the review process is immediately published online, is published under a Creative Commons license, and will be available online.

SIR publishes research articles based on empirical and theoretical research, literature reviews, and case studies, without preference.

All submitted research papers and articles will be checked for originality using the Ithenticate program. SIR does not charge processing fees for articles, editorial processes, or article submission fees (APCs).
